Paradatec, Inc. a leader in the document capture market, today announced that Joe Falk has joined Paradatec, Inc. as Vice President of Business Development. In this role, Mr. Falk will focus on accelerating customer growth and market penetration in North America by offering the Paradatec suite of products through leading systems integrators and OEM partnerships.

Mr. Falk was formerly the Vice President of Worldwide Sales at ActionPoint Inc. currently Captiva Software Inc. He has extensive experience in bringing products to new markets with both established and early stage companies through resellers relationships, OEM partnerships, and strategic alliances. In his career Mr. Falk held a variety of management roles with leading technology companies including Xerox, Litton Industries and Paragon Business Systems.
