Correct with PROKEY
PROKEY is a correction/verification application which provides a highly intuitive interface for image-assisted manual data entry.
PROKEY is tightly integrated with PROSAR-AIDA and provides users with an interface for correction of low confidence values and broken business rules. It has been designed from an ergonomic point of view and configured for maximum data entry speed.
PROKEY Functionality
PROKEY presents the results from PROSAR-AIDA that are not unequivocally recognized and displays them graphically. They can then be corrected at the touch of a button. There are a variety of helpful functions available to streamline this process:
► Input assistance:
Comprehensive input assistance such as “vendor ID from address conversion” enhances accuracy and speed.
► Automatic zoom function:
The relevant image section can be enlarged on the screen by using this function.
► Individual display:
PROKEY displays uncertain detected fields using three freely scalable windows. Users may organize these windows individually according to the application or requirements – this ensures constant optimum visualization of necessary information.
The reproduction scale for every type of display can be adjusted separately. Various tools such as the magnifier function in the full screen display provide convenience and make changing the zooming or scaling level mostly unnecessary.

► Convenient and effective table comparison:
When comparing tables, PROKEY offers numerous convenient and effective possibilities for simplified clearance of any structure errors and for manual entry.
Math operations can be used to determine if columns in a freeform table have been discovered correctly. For example, in a healthcare Explanation of Benefits application, PROKEY can check if:
Billed Amount - Allowed amount – CoPay – Coinsurance (minus others) = Paid amount
Many other verifications are also provided such as subtotal matching etc..
